Legacy Farms Cannabis Review

Legacy Farms Cannabis is an east coast hemp farm that adopts a no-nonsense, no-gimmick approach to hemp. It focuses on the flower and nothing else, and this ensures a high-quality product that isn’t steeped in novelty. It’s hemp for the purists, and that’s something we can appreciate.

You won’t find any isolates or other hemp-derived products here. It’s all about the flowers, and by using only the purest and the highest-quality strains, they promise maximum purity and flavor every time.

About Legacy Farms Cannabis

Legacy Farms is run by a passionate team of growers, researchers, and hemp experts, including Zach Mountford, Kate Lewis, and John Gurganus. Not only do they sell to customers across the United States, but they also work hard to promote the benefits of legal hemp, thus educating their community about hemp and organic farming in general.

Hemp Flower Varietals

As noted above, Legacy Farms produces premium strains and sells hand-trimmed, slow-cured flowers from all of them. Originally, it had only 5 or 6 strains, but it has since included more and we will likely see additional strains added to the Legacy Farms range in the future.

Autumn Haze

Added to the range in 2020, this is the brand’s in-house creation. It is described as a “citrus-heavy” and super-sticky strain that delivers around 16% CBD alongside a host of flavorful terpenes.

Like everything else produced by Legacy Farms, Autumn Haze is the result of years of testing. Unlike many other CBD flowers, it was grown to produce the best hemp flowers and not the highest CBD potency.

CBG White

Another 2020 addition to the Legacy Farms range, White CBG is quickly becoming one of the most popular CBG strains. It has a high-yield and a very short growing period, with its name stemming from the unique white color and the high levels of CBG (up to 15%).

It also promises an incredible CBG to THC ratio, with only trace amounts of this psychoactive compound.

Its aroma combines subtle diesel undertones with a peppery and spicy finish.

Suver Haze

A favorite among hemp flower smokers, Suver Haze is a stocky plant with a high yield and some premium buds. It delivers a smooth and flavorful smoke and may provide a host of health benefits due to its concentration of CBD, terpenes, and flavonoids.

BaOx

A potent strain that promises up to 18% CBD and has been enjoyed throughout the hemp world since its inception. It’s a great all-round strain and its unique terpene profile and cannabinoids make for an enjoyable experience.

Lifter

The Lifter strain is one that we have discussed and described countless times, as it’s one you’ll see in many dispensaries and hemp farms nationwide.

Developed by Oregon CBD, this fruity, piney strain was probably named after a tomato crop known as Mortgage Lifter, but its aptly named, nonetheless. It is uplifting and could help with everything from creativity and focus to sociability.

Sour Space Candy

Described as one of the sourest strains in the Legacy Farms catalog, Sour Space Candy is a unique strain that you won’t forget in a hurry. It is gassy, sour, and sweet all at the same time, making for an incredibly appropriate name.

AK CBD

A sedative strain with between 12 and 14% CBD. AK CBD is super-sour, with strong notes of citrus and a finish that remains on the tongue.

This strain makes for a great evening smoke and could help users suffering from anxiety and insomnia.

Hawaiian Haze

A personal favorite of ours that has proven popular amongst countless hemp flower smokers. Hawaiian Haze combines a tropical cocktail of flavors for an experience like no other.

It’s a hybrid that is sweet, skunky, calming, and meditative.

Buying from Legacy Farms

You can’t purchase directly through the Legacy Farms website. All e-commerce links point to The Hemp Farmacy, where you’ll find a full range of hemp flowers produced by Legacy Farms. These are sold in bags of between 1g and 1/2 oz.

Wholesale customers are directed to Hemp Wholesale Now, where they can apply to sell bulk quantities of hemp products produced by Legacy Farms and other providers.
